This is the first East Vets competition of 2022.

Please check in at the Professional Shop where you will be able to pick up a card.

Swap cards as you have done in the past and return your signed card to the red box which will be near the 18^th green/ in the Clubhouse..

Whilst in the Clubhouse please adhere to any Covid restrictions which are in place.

We hope you have an enjoyable game at Winterfield.

Mary Mckenna Trophy

Congratulations to Karen Ferguson-Snedden and Anne Hanson who have been selected to represent Scotland (SVLGA) v Ireland for the Mary McKenna Trophy to be held at Roganstown Golf and Country Club, Dublin from 26th - 28th March 2022

COFFEE MORNING 7th MARCH

 

The Committee welcomed 34 members to Glencorse Golf Club for our annual start of the season coffee morning.

David and his team did not disappoint us – providing tea/coffee and lovely cakes and scones, served with a smile.

Sal conducted the quiz which was a tester but thoroughly enjoyable. The winning team needed a knowledge of collective animal names, various types of drinks and a familiarity of top brands. Team Leona Maguire (Tricia Smith, Christine Clarke, Maureen Cranston and Janet Fairweather) were runners up with 38 points.

With 41 points team Hannah Darling (Gilly Glen, Susan Randall, Lesley Campbell and Seonaid Stewart) were the winners and were presented with Easter eggs.

A great start to the 2022 season.
