Ladies who have paid their deposit have £10 to pay on the day.
Any Ladies who won trophies in 2015 please return them at the Autumn meeting. Otherwise contact Dulcie to arrange returning them in time for engraving for the AGM/Prizegiving (14th November at Mortonhall)

RAMSDEN CUP AND FRIENDSHIP QUAICH UPDATE

Well done to Jane MacLean, Gilly Glen, Joyce Hunnam and Margaret Fergusson who have all reached the semi-final stage of The Ramsden Cup.

The semi finals will take place at Liberton Golf Club and the deadline for these two matches is Sunday 4th September.  

We wish all of them all the very best for their forthcoming matches.

The Final of the Friendship Foursomes will be Kate Johnston and Fiona McLaren against Lynn Wilson and Norma Richmond.  The deadline for this final is Sunday 18th September and we wish them all the very best for their forthcoming game.

 Despite a few of the West Ladies having difficulty finding the Golf Course after Morning Rolls and Coffee the match was played on a gloriously sunny day.

The West were just too strong for the East and retained the Asp Trophy 3 games to 2.

Val Hallam & Janette Laing lost to Karen Maxwell & Lynn McColl 3 and 1

Caroline Kinnaird & Ellice Cackett won vs Cathy Morton & Marion Stewart 2 up

Everyone enjoyed playing the course and we were treated to a lovely meal after the match. Thanks go to the catering staff for looking after us so well.
