Watch this space for updated  MATCHPLAY  draws.

  1. The first named in each tie are the challengers. Challengers should take the initiative in contacting their opponents as soon as possible to offer at least three dates (which should not all be in the same week and should include one weekend date). Both sides have a responsibility to try to ensure a date is found so that a tie is played.
  2. If a match is all square after 18 holes, the best of three holes should be played off handicap and if the match is still tied,  sudden death off handicap should be used to determine the winner.
  3. If a green fee is required to paid at the course hosting the tie, the cost should be shared.
  4. Please inform Dulcie Barnes (dulcie@jsbarnes.myzen.co.uk or phone 01620 892339), the winner of each tie as soon as possible after play, she will then inform winners of their next round opponent
